This guide is a companion to the devotional series '7 Days of Spiritual Leadership.' Use it alone or in a small group. Each day, read the devotional passage and reflection, then work through the questions and take the action step. Move at one day per sitting — let each theme settle before the next.
Day 1
Write down one step of obedience you can take this week.
Day 2
Do one hidden act of service for someone you lead.
Day 3
Give public credit to someone else this week.
Day 4
Spend 20 minutes in prayer asking God to clarify your vision.
Day 5
Confess and correct one area of inconsistency.
Day 6
Name one lesson your current challenge may be teaching you.
Day 7
Choose one person to mentor and schedule your first meeting.
